Founder & CEO of Producer Profit, Kyle takes the lead on the market analysis & recommendations while working with farms across Alberta. Driven to bring additional profit to farms after working on the buying side of grain for 6 years keeps him motivated to assist farms with sales, strategies, & risk management.

If Kyle thinks that there is information that will help your operation he will gladly share it! Kyle is a devoted father, his three children keep him busy when not on the phone or sifting through market data & down time usually revolves around golf or relaxing at the beach with the family.

Joshua Boyko

Well rounded in all situations, Josh works with individual farms to build marketing plans that work. After working on the buying side for several years locally in Lacombe, he now is looking to use that knowledge to help farms achieve success.

His calm & level approach to issues is a great asset with conflict resolution whether it is a grading issue, contract error, or delayed movement. Josh is our is heavy lifter when it comes to price discovery & putting those details into reports.

A father of two (slacker), Josh enjoys camping, skiing, & golf when he gets a chance to unwind.

Erin Baragar

Erin has an extensive background in administration and enjoys doing the "behind the scenes" work. Being able to contribute creatively to the brand and business is an added bonus.

Erin assists with the onboarding of new farms, supporting and assisting with our data management platform Copilot (in collaboration with Combyne), and handling other administrative duties to support our advisors.

With over 15 years working in customer service and administration as well as owning her own business and starting/managing a local farmers market, Erin looks forward to contributing her knowledge and experience to Producer Profit and their clients.

When she isn't keeping track of Kyle, and the other advisors,

Erin enjoys travelling with her husband and kids and spends most of her free time gardening, reading, DIY projects, herbalism, and metaphysical practices.
